Identified

Only specific USDC, USDP, PYUSD, and SOL deposits made on the Solana network on 30 July were affected. Deposits made after 30 July were not impacted. We are actively working to complete processing of the affected deposits.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing delays in processing crypto deposits for USDC, USDP and PYUSD on the Solana network. Customers can still make deposits, but processing may take longer than usual.
