Identified

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause and is working to implement a fix for the pending withdrawals.
Once the fix is deployed, all pending withdrawals will be processed.

Investigating

At this time, we are experiencing an outage on the Transfers endpoints. As such, Crypto Withdrawals and Deposits are impacted and customers may experience delays in processing.
