Investigating

We are investigating an issue affecting some customers using the Crypto Withdrawal API and Withdrawal Fee API. Customers may see crypto withdrawal fee quotes with more than two decimal places, and some exact-balance crypto withdrawal requests may fail with an Insufficient Funds response when the available balance does not cover both the withdrawal amount and the associated network fee. We are actively investigating and will share another update as soon as possible.
