Resolved

We experienced a partial outage on the Majority of REST API endpoints and FIX. As such, end users could have been unable to submit trading orders, and experience delays with crypto withdrawals processing and increased rejections on submitted quote executions.
The issue is resolved now. Engineering is monitoring the environment.

This incident affected: Paxos v2 API (Trading - Orders, Market Data, Pricing, Quotes and Quote Executions, Profiles and Balances, Identities and Accounts, Orchestrations API, Crypto Transfers, Crypto Transfer Fees, Authentication), FIX (FIX Trading), Wallet UI (account.paxos.com) (Trading, USD Transfers, Crypto Transfers), and Websocket feeds (Market Data, Execution Data).
