At this time, we are experiencing an outage affecting the Crypto Transfers endpoints in the Sandbox environment.
As a result, Bitcoin crypto withdrawals in Sandbox are impacted, and customers may experience delays in processing.
Engineering is actively investigating and working on a resolution.
