We have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a workaround. While SOL token withdrawal processing remains degraded, customers can continue submitting withdrawals through our Crypto Withdrawals API. Processing times may be longer than normal during this period. Full recovery is expected by 10:00 AM ET.
