Starting at 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, February 3, Paxos’ email systems will be down for 3-6 hours. We are removing an outdated email domain (@itbit.com) so that all email will now funnel through @paxos.com. If you email a Paxos contact during this 3-6 hour window, you will receive a rejection email. Emails sent to us during this time will not be redirected or queued for later retrieval. This is expected and temporary - we will resume all normal email services after the downtime.
What Does This Mean for You? During this timeframe, we ask that you use channels beside email. to contact Paxos. Your integration with Paxos will continue as normal as only our email will be impacted. Continued Communication Moving forward, if you send emails to contacts with an @itbit.com address, we will continue to receive the messages. However, a response will only come from an @paxos.com address.
